Our schools are places where community happens.
Incredible community was on full display tonight at Broadway Elementary as they kicked off their celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month with the school's annual talent show. A packed auditorium was on hand to provide the encouragement young people need to pursue their passions and the support they need to thrive. What a great gift to the students at Broadway Elementary to go to school every day in a community that is ready to do what it takes to push these young students to meet the challenges that lay in front of them. #LCSthrive
