As we look towards the first day for our traditional calendar schools tomorrow, we are glad to remind you that ALL students can receive FREE breakfast and lunch at every LCS Campus for the 2024-2025 school year! No forms are required! We are glad to be able to provide this service for our students. #LCSthrive

Due to expected inclement weather, all 2024 Open Houses for Lee County Schools have been postponed to August 12th, 2024. Elementary Schools will conduct Open House from 4-6p, Middle Schools & Bragg Street will be from 5-6:30p, High Schools will be open from 6-7:30 pm. Additionally, all school-related activities for Wednesday 8/7 and Thursday 8/8 are cancelled.
Parents AND students, please download the LCS app. This app will replace our old communication app, Remind. We will use Rooms (part of the LCS app) this year to send information directly to students/parents. It's also your one stop to all things LCS and LCHS!

Parents, check your junk e-mail folder daily, and look for an invitation to link to your child's school/teachers. Once you get that e-mail and link with LCHS, Rooms will activate soon after for direct communication with your child's teachers. You'll also see daily feed updates about activities happening at LCHS and within Lee County Schools.

IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO SIGN UP!!
JROTC ADVENTURE CAMP!!!!! Open to all rising freshmen & any LCHS students who would like to learn about JROTC curriculum and activities. August 5-7, 8-12 a.m., in the LCHS JROTC area. Participants will learn air rifle and archery skills, orienteering, rope bridge, and customs and courtesies to the flag. Transportation to & from will NOT be provided but snacks and water will. Please email dlynch.ls@lee.k12.nc.us to reserve your student's spot or if you would like more information.
Host families are needed for exchange students for the 24-25 school year. Exchange students bring cultural diversity and understanding to their schools, communities, and families. Families can be married couples with or without children or even single people. As long as they are willing and able to provide a loving home, a warm bed, 3 meals a day, and basic transportation - any type of family will work.
