Good evening Tiger Families! We would like to thank everyone that came out on Saturday for our first Annual STEAM Gingerbread House Competition! We truly enjoyed ourselves and the students made some incredible Gingerbread Houses! Be on the lookout for information about our next STEAM event coming soon! This is our last week before we begin our Winter Break! We have another week of learning and fun-filled activities planned for our staff and students! On Tuesday, December 17th, we will hold our Wicker Spelling Bee in the auditorium. The winner will go on to represent our school in the District Spelling Bee! Good luck to all of our students who will be participating in that on Tuesday morning! On Friday, December 20 we will have an Early Release Day at 12:00pm. Please plan accordingly. We look forward to seeing everyone bright and early in the morning! Have a great evening!

Good afternoon! Our 5th grade theatre, dance, and music electives have been hard at work this semester. To showcase their talent, these students will be performing this next Tuesday, December 10th at 6:00pm in the auditorium. We look forward to seeing y'all there! ⭐️
All 4th and 5th Graders are invited to join us tomorrow for our Winter Dance! This event will take place from 6-8pm and admission is only $5 cash only! We are looking forward to seeing all 4th and 5th grade students tomorrow night in the gym to dance the night away!

I hope that you are all well. This message is being sent to invite you to 3 events happening next week that you are all invited to. Our 1st and 5th grade will have holiday performances next week and then we will have a family event next Saturday as we build gingerbread houses. The 5th grade event is happening first. That event is Tuesday at 6:00pm. Students will showcase based on their elective classes. Our first graders will then sing holiday songs on Wednesday at 6:00pm. You are invited out to either of these events regardless of the grade level of your child.
The Saturday event is open to all families as well and is a first holiday STEAM family event for W.B. Wicker. Our plan is to have all of the items ready for families to build gingerbread houses from 9:00-11:00am. If you are able to donate candies, plates, cake icing, or graham crackers for this event, we would greatly appreciate it. Donations can be sent in between now and next Saturday. If you have any questions about any of the events, please let me know.

Good morning Tiger Families! We have a few exciting performances in the coming weeks. Our first graders will be performing a selection of holiday tunes in their concert on Wednesday, December 11th. All are invited to come and enjoy a night of singing and celebration at 6:00 pm!🎄
