We're celebrating CTE Spirit week NEXT week. Celebrate with us!

Congratulations to Yellow Jacket Senior Chris Younger, who recently signed a four year deal with the US Marine Corps. In addition to a full ride scholarship to the college or university of his choice, Chris will receive career training as a crash and fire rescue specialist and an opportunity to serve his nation in that capacity. We are beyond proud of this young man and his continued commitment to serve his great nation.

The soft lockdown at LCHS has been lifted and the ALL CLEAR given. Classes and all activities are resuming as normal. Buses will depart on their regular schedule.

Lee County High School has gone on a soft lockdown so that school administrators can investigate an issue near campus. Classes are resuming as normal, so there is no need for parents to report to or contact the school at this time.
We will provide an update when an all clear is given.

Congratulations!!

Help us celebrate National Counselors Week by showing your love to our counselors. Send a nice email or write a note to your favorite counselor this week. We appreciate all of our counselors: Mrs. Poole, Mrs. Rosser, Ms. Brault, Mrs. Denton, and Mrs. Scrisu. They make an impact each and every day.

Show some love to your favorite LCHS student and/or staff member!

Progress Reports are being sent home with your student this week for all four classes. Please take time to talk about their progress in their classes so far this quarter.
It's not too late to catch up if your student is behind.
Remember that attendance is important, and students must not miss more than 8 days per class. Being present ensures the best opportunity to learn and complete work. If you have questions or concerns about your student's progress in any class, reach out to their teacher via email or phone.
